Chocolarder Sea- Salted Caramel Chocolate Truffles

Small batches of handmade chocolate luxury! Made using Cornish sea salt and fresh Cornish cream, this soft salt caramel truffle is hand-dipped in Asháninka 72% dark chocolate and rolled in Chocolarders' pressed cocoa powder. The flakes of sea salt help keep the sweetness of the rich caramel in check, while its smooth texture is complemented by the thick chocolate shell. These popular truffles are entirely made in their workshop in Cornwall from little more than cocoa beans, sugar and cream.
